1. 雇主香港身份證
2. 住址證明（水/電/固網電話費，3個月內其中一張，必須有雇主或家庭成員名在內，使用地址為英文。
3. 入息證明（稅單（政府發出）或 銀行月結單（連續3個月內，每月工資證明超過港幣$15,000）或 3個月銀行定期存款（36萬以上的定期存款證明）。
4. 雇主個人資料表格（可下載）
備註：
-入住公屋者需提交租約（有相頁，有住址頁，有家庭成員頁）
-入住公屋但已購買者須提交最近差響單
-雇主供養人須提交關係證明文件及聲明信件（可下載參考版）
*收集以上資料根據領事館及入境處的需求，將按領事館及入境處的規矩辦申請手續，在申請期間有機會加收文件。

New employer submits a copy of the document
1. Employer’s Hong Kong Identity Card
2. Proof of address (water/electricity/fixed-line telephone charge, one of it within 3 months, must have the name of the employer or family member, use address in English.
3. Proof of income (tax note (issued by the government) or bank statement (certificate of monthly salary exceeding HK$15,000 for 3 consecutive months) or 3 months of bank term deposit (certificate of time deposit of more than 360,000).
4. Employer Info Form (downloadable)
Remarks:
– Renters need to submit a lease (with a photo page, address page, family member page)
– If you are in public housing but has already bought please submit the most recent document
– Employer’s dependants must submit proof of relationship and declaration letter (downloadable reference version)
*Acquisition of the above information according to the requirements of the Consulate and the Immigration Department, the procedures for applying for consulates and the Immigration Department will be followed. There will be an opportunity to add documents during the application period.
*All the above documents have to be completed before the application can be started, and the delayed application of the guest is also delayed.
